Jon Alan Eller

High Point – Jon Alan Eller, 69, passed away at his residence on Friday, January 2, 2026.

Alan was born in High Point on June 7, 1956, to the late John Rich Eller and Alma Pauline Stewart Eller.

Alan was a dedicated husband, father, and a cherished friend. His love for his family was matched only by his passion for fixing and building. Whether restoring cars, repairing anything in need, or diving into a new project, he took immense pride in bringing things back to life. Golf was another great passion, where he spent countless hours in his youth, often sharing the course with his sons. Alan's hands were rarely still, always engaged in problem-solving with unmatched skill and determination. In his later years, as he faced various health challenges, his wife stood by him, offering constant support and care. His kindness, humility, and quiet strength will be deeply missed by all who knew him

Alan is survived by his wife of 40 years, Teresa Deane Eller of the residence; sons, Jon Matthew Eller and wife Meaghan of High Point, Aaron Joshua Eller and wife Kalen of High Point; grandchildren; Audrey, Noah, Landon, Holden and Cooper. He also had many friends he made during his lifetime.

A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Friday January 9, 2026, in the chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service at 1015 Eastchester Drive in High Point. Pastor Scott Bundy will officiate. The family will greet friends following the service.
