Jon Paul Pritchard

Jon Paul Pritchard, 57, of St. George, UT passed away October 13, 2025, in Salt lake City, UT. Jon was born June 11, 1968, in San Bernardino, CA. Jon completed grade school and High School in San Bernardino. He attended The University of Oklahoma and graduated in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in environmental design. He began his 22-year career with the State of California, first at Patton State hospital, then with Department of Corrections. In 2015 he retired and relocated to St. George, UT. He was baptized and raised in the Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Doanld R. Pritchard; his uncle and godfather, John D. Roberts; maternal grandparents, Paul and Doris Trudel; and paternal grandparents Harold and Myrtle Pritchard.

He is survived by his mother, Karen Pritchard Choy; aunt and godmother, Suzanne Roberts; several cousins in Canada and California; and many dear and good friends scattered throughout the country.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm, November 12 at Duncan Cemetery.

Memorial gifts may be made in Jon’s name to University of Oklahoma Alumni Association.
