Jon Maurice Rogers

Beloved Son, Brother, Lover, Dreamer, Guitarist, Singer, Master Carpenter and a mediocre businessman. He left us on August 20th, 2024 at the age of 54. Too soon after a heroic battle with cancer, he is now in peace.
He loved women, cars, and guitars and rarely parted with any of them. He left a large, eclectic group of friends from his love of music and his time with us on earth. In the end, visitors from far and wide showed; a testament of his devotion to those he called friends. He also left what could be called a sisterhood of girlfriends that visited when it mattered most and provided comfort to him, and family.
He is preceded by his father, J. Leonard Rogers Jr of Alta Vista, VA, and stepfather John J. Dreibelbis of Bluffton, SC. He is survived by his mother, Doris Rogers Dreibelbis, step-mother Barbara J. Rogers of Lynchburg, VA, older brother Jay L. Rogers and wife Sandy Kelton-Rogers, nephews Justin (USMA '25), Alex and Zachary of Ladera Ranch, CA and his younger brother Tim Rogers and wife Joanne Kang Rogers, nephew Lucas and niece Katharine of Danbury, CT and his beloved uncle William C.Rogers Esq., cousin Danielle and husband Jeffery Stanley of Rhode Island and beloved aunt Claire and Uncle Thomas Audette, cousins Kirah, Michael and James Audette of Pennsylvania.
Private arraignments have been made by his family and a Celebration of Life will take place take place at a future date to be announced.
