Jonathan is survived by his loving parents Amy and Bobby Caillouet; sister, Bailey Caillouet; brother, Brady Caillouet; brother, Adam Donahue; grandfather, Robert Caillouet (Barbara); grandfather, Johnnie Hutchinson (Lorraine); grandmother, Linda Holman (Leo); and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will take place September 24th on his birthday. Once a location has been secured we will notify friends and family.
