It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Jonathan Chase. Jonathan passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2025, peacefully at home at the age of 55.
Jonathan was a special angel who came into our lives in March 1969. He was raised by his beloved mother Michelle and stepfather Oliver in Albuquerque, NM. After the passing of his mother, he came to Farmington where he was cared for and loved by many staff at Tungland, PMS Shield, and Dungarvin.
Although he needed the support of others in his daily life, Jonathan gave all of us more than we could have ever provided for him. He gave us unconditional love. He taught us about patience and trust, and his smile lit up a room that will shine in our hearts forever.
Please join us as we celebrate Jonathan's life on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 1:30 pm at First Baptist Church Flora Vista located at 23 Road 3500, Flora Vista NM 86415.
