I was Jon's 8th Grade English teacher. He was a quiet kid in class. A few years back I reconnected with him on Facebook, and we shared messages from time to time. Rest in gentle peace, Jon.

Aww so sad to hear of Jon's passing. My sincere condolences to Jon's extended family and friends. Jon pretty cool guy back in our high school days even though we managed to get in a scrape or two. He possessed a dry and sarcastic sense of humor and was alot fun to hang out with. Sadly, our paths diverged and I hadn't seen him since our high school days although I did manage to reconnect with him on facebook in 2017. Rest easy old friend.

Jon was a student years ago. I reconnected with him in 2001. It makes me very sad to be reading this. Rest in gentle peace, Jon.
