Jonathan Jacob Crowe of Braintree, MA passed away suddenly on January 6th, 2026. While his journey was marked by the profound lifelong challenges of Schizophrenia, we remember Jonathan for his gentle spirit, his passion for music, and his unwavering kindness.
Born in Weymouth, Jonathan was educated in Norwell and graduated from Barnstable High School.
He was the beloved son of Karen Edwards (Blanchard) and her husband Doug Edwards of Camano Island, WA and father Edward Crowe of Rockland, MA.
Jonathan leaves behind his cherished sister Julie Crowe of Scituate, uncle Dana Blanchard of Weymouth and aunt Donna-Jean Marotta of Brockton. Jonathan also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was the devoted, oldest grandchild and was preceded in death by his adored grandparents Richard and Nancy Blanchard.
Jonathan will be profoundly missed by all who knew and loved him.
All are welcome to attend a memorial service on Thursday January 15th 2026 from 1-3pm at North River Church- 334 Old Oak Street. Pembroke, MA. A burial and celebration of life will follow in the Springtime.
