Jonathan Lyle Jaussi, 49, of Mapleton, Utah, passed away Friday, December 8, 2023. He was born May 3, 1974 in Salt Lake City Utah to Clair John Jaussi. and Carolyn Shipley. He married Kelly Wosnik October 18, 2023.

Jonathan will always be remembered for his profound love of our Savior, his passion for living, and his resilience in the face of difficulties. Jonathan was an excellent husband, father, brother, son, grandson, uncle, and cousin. he was a faithful member of the church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints, and served as a bishop, minister, Sunday school teacher, and missionary. 

Jonathan is survived by his wife Kelly Wosnik Jaussi of Mapleton, parents: Clair (Janet) Jaussi of Provo and Carolyn Shipley Jaussi of Logan, five children: Zion, Carlie, Abigail, Isaac, and Isabella of Payson, grandmother Marilyn Jaussi of St. George, siblings: Heather (Dennis) Bruce, Joseph Jaussi, Laura (Michael) Barlow.  He was preceded in death by his brother James Jaussi.

We invite all who love him to celebrate with us.  An evening viewing will be held Friday, December 15th, 6 to 8 PM at Wheeler mortuary, 211 E. 200 S. Springville, Utah. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 16 at 11:00 AM at the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Harvest Park Chapel) 1068 S. 1600 W., Mapleton, UT., with a viewing held that morning from 9:30 am - 10:30am at the church prior to the services. Interment at the Preston, Idaho cemetery. 

Please come wearing some blue, Jonathan’s favorite color.
