Jonathon worked in the parts department for Peerless Stove Company. He was a member of Belleville Assembly of God. He was Senior Commander of Royal Rangers – Assembly of God in East St. Louis and Fairview Heights locations. He loved to fish and read. In his younger years he enjoyed watching and partaking in civil war reenactments. Jonathon was a United States Army Veteran

Services: Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m.-12:45 p.m., Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at Kurrus Funeral Home, Belleville, IL. Funeral procession to leave at 12:45 p.m, Tuesday, January 13, 2026 for a 1:30 p.m. graveside service at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.
