Jordan Douglas McQuay passed away peacefully on May 12, 2024. Jordan was born on February 17, 1993 in Abilene, Texas. He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
Jordan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Max Christopher, Janice Cash, and Caroline Edwards, as well as his father, Douglas McQuay, and his stepdad, James Tillman.
He is survived by his mother, Suzanne Tillman, and Nicholas Womack; his uncle, David Christopher; his sister, Brooke McQuay; his aunts, Stephanie McQuay, Nicole Cox, and Stephanie Gay; his brothers, Tyler Tillman and Jackson Tillman; and his grandparents, Suzanne Christopher, Jerry Cash, and Harold & Beth Murrell; and an abundance of close friends and family who all mourn his loss.
Jordan was taken from us far too young, leaving a void that cannot be filled. His big heart and hearty smile were gifts he shared with everyone he touched. He will be greatly missed and forever loved.

We had been "regulars" at Abuelas for years and always spent time visiting with Jordan. He shared with us struggles he went through and knew we were praying for him. We were so saddened to learn of his passing tonight when we were finally able to get back to the restaurant. Please accept our sincere condolences.
