Wife Maria Yolanda Cisneros Sons Jorge L. Cisneros jr.,Jesus Cisneros,Jose R. Cisneros,Enrique Cisneros,Julio Cesar Cisneros. Daughters, Arazely Cisneros, Gisela Cisneros,Grandkids 17, Greatgrandkids 6. He went to school in Mexico and went to technical College for Master Electrician. Was a happy and easy going human being. A loving father, brother,son,friend, relative, husband. He was a person who would help you when you needed it. He loved his work as an Electrician working with his Brothers. He was united with his family. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. I'm sure he's in heaven. No more suffering, no more pain, no more tears.
