Jorge nació el 10 de octubre de 1945 de Emiliano y María Ramírez Olvera en Moroleón, Guanajuato, México. Él se unió en matrimonio con Esther Ramírez Pérez el 15 de febrero de 1978 en Moroleón, Guanajuato, México. Él fue muy buen esposo, un gran padre, sobre todo un gran abuelo que amaba mucho a sus nietos. Jorge fue muy trabajador. Unos de sus pasatiempos preferidos era andar en bicicleta, el boxeo, disfrutado del ejercicio y también le gustaba coleccionar películas.
Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres, Emiliano y María Ramírez.
Los que quedan para honrar y celebrar su memoria son sus hijos Ramon y su esposa Leonila, María y esposo Diego Gómez, Roberto y esposa Rita; sus nietos, Ramon, Leonila, Jorge, Marcos, Erick, Sandra, Roberto, Rita, Esmeralda, Yazmine, Bryan, Roberto Jr., Diego, María, Oscar, Omar, Richard, Karina y Erika. Sus bisnietos. Junto a una gran cantidad de familiares y amigos.
