Jose Angel Garcia

Jose Angel Garcia was born in San Antonio, Texas on March 20, 1959 to parents Jesus and Dominga Garcia. Jose entered into eternal rest on November 9, 2025 at the age of 66. He is preceded in death by his father; Jesus M. Garcia Sr., mother; Dominga C. Garcia, brother; San Miguel Garcia, and sisters; Ramona Barrientes, and Dolores G. Duron. Jose is survived by his daughter; Selena Dimas, brothers; Alberto C. Garcia (Rachel), and Jesus Garcia Jr. (Olga). Sister; Maria Elena Gutierrez (Lucio Jr.). Jose had loving grandchildren and numerous of nieces and nephews that he loved so much with all his heart. Jose was known for being one of the best mechanic in his family and in his neighborhood. Many of his hobbies included machining, going to the drag races, hunting, being outdoors with his nephews, and watching western movies. While listening to his favorite classic Rock music, Jose enjoyed working on classic cars. Jose was loved by so many, and will be missed by everyone who knew him. Please come and join the family of Jose Angel Garcia as we gather to honor and celebrate a beautiful life lived. Services are as follows:

Monday- November 17, 2025

4p.m.-8p.m.- Visitation to be held at Texas Funeral Home, 2702 Castroville Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237. With a prayer to start at 6:30p.m. by Pastor Sonia Martinez.

Tuesday- November 18, 2025

8a.m.- 9:15a.m.- Visitation to be held at Texas Funeral Home Chapel

9:30a.m.- Departure from funeral home

10a.m.- Burial service at Wildflower Memorial Park Cemetery, 10392 Kriewald Rd, San Antonio, TX 78245
