Norma De La Rosa was born in San Antonio, Texas on July 5, 1963 to parents Guillermo and Sulema Ybarra. Norma entered into eternal rest on October 17, 2025 at the age of 62. She is preceded in death by her father; Guillermo Ybarra, mother; Sulema V. Ybarra, spouse; Paublo De La Rosa, brother; Guilberto Ybarra, and sisters; Carmina Villa, and Gloria Ybarra. Norma is survived by her son; Frank Mireles, daughter; Beatrice Mireles, brothers; Willie Ybarra, and Antonio Ybarra. Sisters; Sylvia Calderon, Delia Arroyo, Olga Rodriguez, Beatrice Ybarra, Mary Ann Lopez, and Sulema Rodriguez. Norma had numerous of nieces, nephews, and friends that she loved so much will all her heart. Norma loved to dance, play bingo, drink and have a good time with family. She was a great worker, and loved her family very much. Norma had a funny personality and was always a happy person. She loved life. Please come and join the family of Norma De La Rosa as we gather to honor and pay tribute to a wonderful mother and beautiful life lived. Services are as follows:

Monday- November 10, 2025

4p.m.-8.m.- Visitation to be held at Texas Funeral Home, 2702 Castroville Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237.

With a rosary to be recited at 6:30p.m.

Tuesday- November 11, 2025

10a.m.- Burial service to be held at San Fernando II, 746 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237

***Family and friends will meet at graveside***
