It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jose Gotay, who left us peacefully on Sunday, September 8th, 2024, just a few weeks shy of his 87th birthday. Born on Sunday, September 26th, 1937, in the vibrant town of Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, Jose lived a life full of determination, love, and entrepreneurial spirit.
A resident of Lake Worth, FL, Jose was a beloved member of the community, known for his dedication and hard work. He spent much of his career as a truck driver, navigating the roads with diligence and expertise.
The arrangements for Jose's memorial have been thoughtfully entrusted to Lakeside Funeral Home & Cremation Care, who will be providing the care and services in his honor.
Rest in peace, Jose Gotay. You will be deeply missed but always remembered.
