Jose “Joedy” P. Carrillo, 72, of Odessa, Texas passed away April 4, 2025, in Odessa, Texas.
Joedy was born in Big Springs, Texas to Lolo and Erlinda Carrillo on November 9, 1952. He married Anita Nabarrette Carrillo on November 28, 1971, in El Paso, Texas. He worked in maintenance and as a machinist for many years.
Joedy is preceded in death by Parents Lolo and Erlinda Carrillo, Brother Liberato Carrillo, and Sister Linda P. Carrillo.
Joedy is survived by Wife Anita N. Carrillo, Children: Donny Carrillo, Lisa Carrillo Dominguez (Ruben Dominguez), Siblings: Dolores C. Guzman, Martha C. Ramirez, Celia Najera, Antonio Carrillo, Paula C. Jimenez, Grandchildren: Elisabeth Flores, Isaac Flores (Vanessa Flores), Izaiah Flores (Syann Flores), Ivan Flores (Alyssa Flores), Donyvan R. Carrillo, Dante Carrillo, Great Grandchildren: Angelette Flores, Angilia Flores, Kainan Flores, Rayan Flores, Izaiah Flores Jr., Izabella Flores, Izalaya Flores, Azariah Flores, Aralyn Flores and Joaquin Carrillo.
Visitation is set for Thursday April 10, 2025, from 9AM – 9PM at Martinez Funeral Home with a Rosary at 7PM. Chapel Service is set for 2PM Friday April 11, 2025, at Martinez Funeral Home. Burial to follow at American Heritage Cemetery in Midland, Texas.
Pallbearers will be Isaac Flores, Izaiah Flores, Ivan Flores, Justin Cortez, Steven Cortez, and Cosme “Rudy” Heredia.
