Jose Resendes Obituary
Besides his parents, Jose was predeceased by his beloved wife, Cidalia Resendes and his younger brother, Ernesto Resendes.
Jose is survived by his daughters and son: Nelia Oriola and her husband Chris Oriola of West Hartford; Diane Resendes-Evans and her husband Kendall Evans of Hartford; and Steven Resendes and his wife Sabrina Resendes of South Carolina. He also leaves behind eight grandchildren: Kayla, Alexia, Matthew, Amaya, Emma (Avery), Jahkai, and Kenya, who will cherish his memory.
Jose is also survived by his nine siblings: Antonio Resendes, Ines Sousa, Maria Jose Resendes, Isabel Medeiros, Maria Damore, Lydia Resendes, John Resendes, Jose J. Resendes, and Aida Couto, along with many extended family members and friends.
