Jose Rodriguez Obituary
Born in Isabela, Puerto Rico, Jose spent the first 18 years of his life surrounded by the warmth and culture of his island home. He later moved to Brooklyn, NY, where he built a life and a career as a dedicated Auto Detail Specialist. In his later years, he settled in Perth Amboy, NJ, where he embraced retirement and focused on what mattered most to him-his family. Jose was a loving and involved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, always present and deeply cherished by those who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Maria Quiñones, and his father, Felipe Rodriguez.
Jose leaves behind his devoted and only son, Jose Angel Rodriguez Jr., and daughter-in-law Melissa; his grandchildren Jaysee Cassandra., Jose Angel III, Gabriel Georgino, Nicholas Felipe, and Nathan Daniel; and his precious great-granddaughter, Arya Rose, who brought him immense joy in his final years.
A Memorial Service celebrating Jose's life will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 7 pm at Life Mission Worship Center, 52 Clyde Ave., Hopelawn, NJ 08861.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home, 419 Barclay Street, Perth Amboy.
