Jose Rodriguez Obituary
Jose “Don Ernesto” Rodriguez was husband to Guadalupe Rodriguez Zamora for 53 wonderful years, a father to Magaly (Edward), Antemona (Steven) and Marcos (Sharis) and grandfather to 7 grandchildren, Ariana, Marcos, Brayden, Rosie, Brianna, Felipe and Brielle.
He spent his time with family here in Oxnard and Mexico and running El Taco de Mexico – Saviers for 31 years. Spending time at his grandkids’ sporting events and just being surrounded by them always, was what he loved.
Don Ernesto spent his final moments on April 28, 2025, doing what he loved the most. He was the most thoughtful, generous man; also, a hardworking provider, but most importantly he was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
