Born on March 2, 1946, in El Paso, Texas, José Luis Rodríguez passed away peacefully in his hometown on September 5, 2025, at the age of 79.
He was preceded in death by his cherished son, Adam Ernest Rodríguez.
José Luis is survived by his beloved wife, María Amparo Fonseca Rodríguez; his son, Christian Ariel Rodríguez; his brother, Jesús Manuel Rodríguez; and his sister, Estela Cruz.
He will be remembered with love and cherished in the hearts of all who knew him.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. At Perches Funeral Home - East, located 2280 Joe Battle Blvd., El Paso, Texas 79938.
Following visitation, a Committal Service with U.S. Army Honors will take place at 11:00 a.m. At Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
