It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jose Romero Jr., 37 of Orlando, Florida on Saturday, September 13, 2025.

Jose was born in Manhattan, New York, the son of Jose and Carmen (Sierra) Romero. Jose was a loving husband to Selvia (Tejeda) Romero, great father to his two beloved sons, and cherished son. He was loved by many and was such a sweet person. He was a hard worker but always found time to keep in touch and support his cousins and family that he held dear. In his spare time, he enjoyed leisurely hobbies such as playing a game of pool, watching a good football game, playing video games with friends or spending time cooking a good meal for him and his family.

Jose's presence in our lives was a true blessing. He will be deeply missed, but his love and legacy will live on in our hearts forever.

Surviving are his loving wife, Selvia Romero of Orlando, Forida. Parents; Jose and Carmen Romero of Coamo, Puerto Rico. Sons; Ethan and Elijah Romero of Orlando, Florida. Brothers; Anthony Sierra and spouse Nadine Rodrigues of Orlando, Florida, Christian Romero of Bronx, New York and Benjamin Romero of Bronx, New York. Many beloved cousins, aunts, uncles, two nephews; Isaiah and Zanye Sierra and many cherished friends.

A Celebration of Life gathering will take place Friday, September 19, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM for family and friends to gather and share cherished memories of Jose Romero Jr. in the Roger C. Thompson Memorial Chapel at Conrad and Thompson Funeral Home.

The family of Jose Romero Jr. is being cared for by: CONRAD AND THOMPSON FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 511 Emmett Street, Kissimmee, Florida 34741; 407-847-3188.
