Jose Viesca Obituary
He is survived by his beautiful wife of 65 years, Juanita Viesca (nee Guajardo). He was an amazing dad to his children Jose Luis Viesca, Norma Idalia (David) Tello, Maria Leticia (Tabin) Hurtado, Sonia (Jose) Aguilar, Denise Monica (Jose) Hernandez, Juanita (Rosalio) Valadez, and an extremely proud grandpa to 20 grandchildren, Daniel, David, Alfonso, Jesus, Rosi, Rebecca, Albert, Juan Jose, Jesse, Ruby, Roxanne, Maria de Jesus, Veronica, Brandon, Briana, Aries, Andrew, Claritza, Jailene and Savannah. His 56 great-grandchildren. His brother Armando (Yolanda) Trevino and many friends.
Jose was preceded in death by his parents, Ignacio Viesca and Juanita Diaz, his sister, Melida Apolinar and his grandson Ivan Hurtado..
Visitation will be from 3:00pm to 7:00pm on Friday, February 4, 2022 at The Memorial Chapel of Waukegan 1521 Washington St. in Waukegan, IL 60085. Mass will be at 10:00am on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Holy Family Church in Waukegan. Interment will be at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville.
