Carol June Davis, 81, peacefully went to live with the Lord on February 20, 2026, at her home in Anderson, IN.

She was born June 25, 1944, in Waukegan, IL, and grew up on the "Bunny Ranch" in Ingalls, IN. Carol was the daughter of Harry and Caroline (Bunker) Sanderlin. Carol was a 1962 graduate of Pendleton High School. She married Tom Davis in 1963, and they had three children.

Carol worked at Mace's grocery store in the meat and deli department in Pendleton, for many years. Carol was a big fan and follower of today's Elvis, Scotty Zion. Carol enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She will be remembered for sending greeting cards to everyone.

Carol is survived by her two daughters; Sherry (Steve) Hoskins and Donna Davis, both of Pendleton; six grandchildren, Shay (Mac) Rothstein, Kara (Andrae) Robinson, Shawn (Eddie) Frank, Katy (Joey) Byler, Danielle Davis and Austin Davis; 12 great-grandchildren, Meleah, Steven, Kardell, Lilly, Jaevion, Owen, Allie, Zariah, Lucy, Molly, Betty and Dorothy, along with a special niece, Susie Smith.

She was proceeded in death by her parents; her son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Debbie Davis of Buford, GA.

A celebration of life for Carol, Tim, and Debbie Davis will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026, 12:00 pm, at Good Shepherd Community Church, 3126 W. Market St., Huntsville, IN 46064, with Pastor Claude Creel officiating. Carol will be laid to rest at the Mendon Cemetery in Pendleton, Indiana.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Paradigm Hospice staff, Mercy Home Care staff, along with Heaven Sent Home Health.
