JOSE ZAMORA, born on August 9, 1954, in Mexico, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2025, in Richardson, Texas. He was 71 years old.
Jose will be fondly remembered for his goofy spirit and charming personality that brought joy to those around him. Known as a jokester among family and friends, he had an infectious laughter that could brighten any room. His love for life was evident in his passions, which included grilling delicious meals, fishing in the serene waters, and hunting in nature's embrace. A dedicated carpenter, he approached his work with a diligent mindset, always bringing an extraordinary level of craftsmanship to his projects. Moreover, Jose was known for his unwavering willingness to help anyone in need, embodying the spirit of kindness and community. He was a father figure to his grandchildren.
Jose's passion for sports extended to his fondness for boxing, often found cheering on his favorite fighters with enthusiasm. His hard work ethic and loyalty to his friends and family created lasting bonds filled with love and cherished memories.
A visitation will occur on October 4, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 S R. L. Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75224. Following this, a viewing will be held on October 5, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will take place later that day at 1:00 PM at Laurel Land Memorial Park, situated at 6000 South R L Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75241.
Jose Zamora leaves behind a legacy of laughter, love, and selflessness that will continue to inspire those who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished in the hearts of many.
