Joselynn Louise Stanley, born on November 25, 1998, in Canton, Ohio, was a beacon of resilience in a world that often demanded it. She was a woman of formidable strength whose spirit refused to be broken, even in the face of life's most profound challenges. Throughout her life, Joselynn navigated the world with a rare blend of courage, determination, and unwavering authenticity. Her life was a testament to the power of perseverance and the indomitable human spirit.

A lifelong resident of the Massillon/Canton area, Joselynn was a woman of many passions. Though she was never married, her heart overflowed with love for those who mattered most to her-especially her beloved daughter, Octavia Stanley, who was the light of her life.

Joselynn's tragic and sudden passing on October 23, 2025, has left an unfillable void in the hearts of her family and friends. She leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and courage that will forever inspire those who knew her.

She is survived by her cherished daughter, Octavia Stanley; her mother, Marcie Stanley; her father, Joshua Stanley; sister, Kassandra Stanley; brother, Nathaniel Stanley; cousin, Melissa Brewer Larson; her maternal grandfather, Edmond Hartshorne; and paternal grandfather, Randall Stanley. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins who will forever hold her close in their hearts.

Joselynn was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Teresa Curfman; paternal grandmother, Valerie Ann Stanley; great maternal grandmother, Mary Louise Hartshorne; great paternal grandmother, Rosemary Tracey; and many beloved aunts and uncles who now welcome her with open arms.

A visitation will be held for friends and family on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 4:00 PM at the Schneeberger-Oser Funeral Home, located at 2222 Fulton Road Northwest, Canton, Ohio, 44709. A celebration of Joselynn's life will follow at the same location at 6:00 PM. Arrangements have been entrusted to Schneeberger-Oser Funeral Home.
