Joseph "Joe" Alcorn
September 10, 1979 – October 25, 2025
Joseph "Joe" Alcorn, 46, of Auburn, Washington, passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at his home. Born in Renton, Washington, on September 10, 1979, Joe spent the majority of his life in the Puget Sound area.
A strong Christian man, Joe was well known for speaking wisdom and encouragement into the lives of others. He was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a steadfast friend whose faith guided every part of his life. Joe previously served on the council of his church and was actively involved in the children's ministry, where he invested deeply in the next generation.
Joe also served as a member of the Black Sheep Motorcycle Ministry for Christ, where he lived out his faith through fellowship and service. He was well known for meeting people while on rides and praying over them. Joe was considered a mentor by many other Black Sheep members. These traits led to Joe being recently selected by the Black Sheep to attend Chaplain training. He has posthumously been appointed the position of Chaplain by the International President of Black Sheep.
Joe was the proud owner of Valley Pump, a third-generation family business that has long served the region's well pump and drilling needs. He took great pride in carrying on the family legacy of honest work and reliable service, oftentimes answering late night and early morning phone calls to help people get their water flowing.
Joe is survived by his wife, Robin Alcorn, and their three children, Millie, Hannah, and Charlie; his mother, Linda Alcorn; and many extended family members and friends who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his father, James Edward Alcorn.
His life was a testament to faith, love, and integrity. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Plateau Community Church at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2025.
