Joseph Donald Allard, 42, of Rogers, Arkansas, passed away on August 22, 2025. He was born on February 22, 1983, in Northwest Arkansas.
Joe is survived by his loving wife, Lisa Allard; his brother, Michael Hair; his sister, Heather Dunbar; his brothers, David and Mark; and Denise Hinds. He was preceded in death by his mother, Darlene Sullivan.
Joe was a dedicated employee of Wal-Mart for more than 15 years. His perseverance in the face of life's challenges was one of his greatest accomplishments. On his favorite holiday, Halloween of 2019, he married the love of his life, Lisa-a memory he cherished deeply.
Joe had a passion for life's simple joys. He loved Taco Bell, pizza, low-budget horror movies, the music of Guns N' Roses, and the works of Stephen King. These were just a few of the things that brought him comfort and happiness. His resilience, and devotion to those he loved will be remembered always.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Arkansas Support Network or the Arkansas Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
