Joseph was a beloved son, brother, and friend whose kindness and spirit touched the lives of many. He is survived by his loving father, Kerry Jay Armstrong, and his siblings Michael Garrison, Von Garrison, Billy Garrison, and Brandi Garrison.
Those who knew Joseph will remember his warm heart, his sense of humor, and the love he showed to those around him. He will be deeply missed by all his family members and friends, but his memory will continue to live on in their hearts forever.
