Joseph Badillo Obituary
Joseph "Joe" Badillo Jr. passed away peacefully on October 31, 2025. Born and raised in Bowling Green on July 5, 1943, Joe was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend whose kindness and hard work left a lasting mark on everyone who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mavin and Joe Badillo. Joe is survived by his loving wife, Sandy; his brother, Ronnie Badillo (Blanche); sister, Linda William (Jim); sons, Tom Badillo (Michelle), Tim "Bubba" Badillo (Monica), Chris Badillo (Courtney), and Josh Badillo (Hayley); grandchildren, Felicia, Tony, Brittany, Brandon, Ben, Brady, and Brock; great-granddaughter, Sofia; many cousins and friends; and many nieces and nephews.
Joe worked as a semi driver for Canada Dry for 43 years, earning the respect and admiration of his coworkers and community alike. Above all, Joe was the patriarch of his family, always ensuring they were cared for and supported.
He is now in God's hands, hearing the words: "Job well done, my son."
A service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, November 21, 2025, at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Laurel Hill Memorial Park.
