Joseph E. Bubnis

Joseph E. Bubnis,'Joe', passed away on December 7, 2023 in Marlton, New Jersey. Born on November 21, 1953, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Joe's life was marked by his loving nature, his quick wit, and his thoughtfulness that touched everyone he met.
Joe was the loving husband of Kimberly Bubnis (nee Davis). He was the beloved father of Christopher, Sean, Lauren (R.J. Fuerst), the late Joey Bubnis, Ben Werbos, Bryn Zolty (Ian), and Robert Werbos (Carly). His role as Pop Pop to Liam and Declan Bubnis and Madeline Zolty was one he cherished with all his heart. Joe was also a dear brother to Peter Bubnis, Diane Reed (Scott), Donna Santoro (Harry), Bernie Bubnis (Robin), Paul Bubnis (Heather), Elaine Slavin (Billy), and John Bubnis (Patti). His passing leaves a void in the hearts of his many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends, all of whom will miss him dearly.
Joe's professional life was marked by a successful career at Comcast, from which he had recently retired. Beyond his professional achievements, Joe was involved in his community and childrens' lives, serving as the former President of the Marlton Rec Council and coaching his son Joey's baseball and soccer teams. His commitment to nurturing young lives was evident in his passion for these roles.
Those who knew Joe knew of his love for animals and his green thumb, which could be seen in his gardening. He had a unique ability to enjoy the simple pleasures of life, like the company of friends and family. He cherished the trips to the Jersey Shore with his children, where they shared moments of joy boogie boarding and swimming together. Although he hated the beach, Joe loved the ocean and the time spent making memories with his children.
Family and friends are invited to the viewing on Thursday from 11-1 at the Bradley Funeral Home 601 Route 73 South at Evesham Road Marlton where a Funeral Service will be held at 1pm. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joe's memory to the Marlton Rec Council where he shared many moments he loved coaching and mentoring Marlton's youth: Marlton Rec Council P.O.
