Joseph A. Buzby, 40, passed away on March 28, 2025, at 4:20pm surrounded by his family. He was born on February 17, 1985, to Michelle Buzby and Charles Boyer.
Joe was preceded in passing by his parents, Joe and Michelle England and grandparents, Norene and Earl Hahn.
He is survived by his wife Sarah of nine years; children, Joey Buzby Jr., Ashton, Genevieve, and Natalee; sister, Jessica (Cory) England; favorite aunt Stacey (Brian) Breijak; uncle Ben (Carol) Buzby, uncle Pete (Jodi) Buzby; nephew, Damian Dutton; sister-in-law, Amanda (Dan) Foco; brother-in-law, Justin (Brook) McKessy and many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Joe was known for his unwavering spirit and passion for life. He was a very stubborn, yet deeply loyal soul. He embraced life and was very active. He had a deep love for the outdoors, whether it was golfing on the greens, camping, fishing, gardening (Tomatoes), or snowmobiling. He loved music, attending many concerts and enjoying live performances. Joe was also very adventurous, roller skating on the rink, getting lucky at the casino, or adding another tattoo to his collection. Above all, his greatest pride, joy and accomplishment was being a father. He cherished every moment spent with his kids. Joe was a loving husband, brother, uncle, cousin, father, son and friend and will be deeply missed.
Joe's family will be celebrating his life by having a service take place at the Hampton Funeral Home in Jackson, beginning at 1:00pm on Thursday, April 3, 2025, with Fr. Tim Nelson officiating. There will be a luncheon immediately following the service at The Eagles of Jackson,
301 Detroit st, Jackson MI 49201. Please visit www.hamptonfuneralhomes.com to sign the guestbook and/or send a condolence to the family.
