His work as a steamfitter reflected not only skill and professionalism but also a deep sense of pride in contributing to the infrastructure that supports everyday life.
Joseph leaves behind a cherished family who admired and loved him dearly. His beloved wife, Geraldine Daly, stood by his side through the years, sharing in both the challenges and joys that life presented. Together, they nurtured a large and loving family. His legacy continues through his six children: Rebecca Reed, Debra Schneider, Karen Mucci, Eileen Sass, Joseph Daly, Jr., each of whom carries forward his values in their own lives. Joseph was a proud grandfather to nine grandchildren: Kaitlyn Ansbach, Nicolas Daly, Paige Daly, Manilo Smeraldo, Natalie Gross, Jessica Murphy, Joseph Murphy, Tyler Morgan, and Emily Buck, all of whom held him in high esteem and found inspiration in his steadfast character. Joseph also cherished the company and support of his many siblings: Alice Linardo, George Daly, William Daly, Richard Daly, Frank Daly, Eileen Glaser, Dorothy Belmonte, Margaret Adams, Kathleen Dillon, Geraldine Kirby, and John Daly. Their presence throughout his life was a source of strength and enduring connection.
Joseph P. Daly’s life was a testament to the power of steadfast dedication—to one’s trade, family, and community. He will be remembered with respect and deep affection by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
