Joseph G. De Marco passed away peacefully on Tuesday November12, 2024. Joe was born in Philadelphia, Pa. 7/26/1923, the son of Alphonse and Catherine De Marco. He served in the U.S. Army in Europe during WWII from 7/1940 – 9/1945. He and Anna Marie Samartino married in 1946 and welcomed their only son Joseph to the world on 8/24/1947. Joe and Ann loved big band music and loved to dance. Joe retired from the New Jersey Public Transportation Dept. in 1974. He and Ann relocated to Ormond Bch., Fla. In May1974. He was pre-deceased by his wife Ann and is survived by his son Joseph ( Carol ) and his grandson Jeffrey ( Dina ). Joe had many, many friends in the Ormond Beach area and he will be missed by all.
