Survivors include his wife, Cindy; his father, Richard Demler; a brother, James "Jimmy" Demler; a sister, Kathy (Greg) Anderson, all of Oshkosh; brothers and sister-in-law, Craig (Sandi) Mueller, Susan (Rick) Berry and Mark Mueller. He is further survived by a niece, Brittany (Mike) Meulemans; nephews, Alex (fiance Taylor Skroski) Anderson and Blake (Tia Williams) Conger; a great-niece, Brynlee Meulemans; other relatives and many friends and his pet "Codi". Joe was preceded in death by his mother, Audrey; and father and mother in law, Eugene and Mitzi Muelller.
There will be no formal funeral services, a celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at the Fountain Tavern, 3696 Stearns Drive in Oshkosh beginning at 4:30 pm.
