Joseph "Joe" DiMarco, Jr.

Joseph "Joe" DiMarco Jr. passed away peacefully on May 12, 2024 surrounded by his family and friends. He is survived by his sons Joseph DiMarco III (Valerie), Derrick DiMarco, James Wigstrom, his sister Wanda DiMarco Chenevert and his parents, Joseph DiMarco Sr. and Barbara DiMarco. He is also survived by his granddaughters Sophee and Gemma and nieces Madeline, Gabrielle, and Camille. He is predeceased in death by his daughter Jessica Ann DiMarco. Joe's greatest gift to the world was his huge heart and ability to love and care for those around him unconditionally. He loved fishing, hunting, plants, the outdoors, fast cars, country music, and was an avid fish aquarium enthusiast, but most of all he loved his truck and his new puppy. He will be greatly missed by everyone that knew and loved him, remaining in their hearts forever. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, May 17, 2024 from 9am until the time of services at 1 pm. Burial to follow at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery in Westwego, LA. In lieu of flowers please make donations in his name to the American Cancer Society.
