Joseph (Joe) Patrick Evanoff, 64 years old, of Parker, Colorado passed away at home on September 24, 2025 from ALS complications. He was surrounded by his loved ones and friends.
Joe was born on May 8,1961 in Peoria, IL to Jon and Wanda Evanoff. He was the youngest of 5 children. Joe grew up in a military family, frequently moving all over the United States and even to Ramstein-Mockenbach, Germany. Joe attended 12 different schools. He then enlisted in the Air Force where he served from 1981-1985 as an Airframe Repair Specialist.
Joe will be remembered for his patience, kindness, gentle soul, and genuine smile. Joe's family was most important to him, and he always made sure they all knew how much he loved them. He had a sharp wit and a knack for one-liners that never failed to make everyone laugh. For 20 years, Joe served as the Corporate Director of Contracts and Materials Management at Hawaii Health Systems where he was well-liked and respected by co-workers and superiors alike. Prior years, Joe held a job in Qwest Communications (IT Procurement Lead) and Lockheed Martin Corporation (Subcontract Administrator and Material Process Engineer).

"I'm There Inside Your Heart"
Right now I'm in a different place
And though we seem apart
I'm closer than I ever was,
I'm there inside your heart.
I'm with you when you greet each day
And when the sun shines bright
I'm there to share the sunsets, too
I'm with you every night
I'm with you when the times are good
To share a laugh or two,
And if a tear should start to fall
I'll still be there for you
And when that day arrives
that we no longer are apart
I'll smile and hold you close to me
Forever in my heart.
