Joseph Fisher Obituary

He was born in Rahway, New Jersey to the late Claire and James Fisher. He then grew up in the historical town of Matawan where he met the love of his life, his late wife, Patricia Fisher.
For almost 40 years Joseph worked as a Diesel Mechanic and he took pride being able to provide and create a beautiful life for his family.
Joseph is survived by his loving children Arielle Markovitch and her husband Jeffrey of Keyport, Casey Fisher of Keansburg and Joseph Fisher II also of Keansburg; and five dear grandchildren Emma Voss, Joseph Fisher III, Julianna Fisher, Liliana Markovitch, and Maeve Markovitch.
Joseph will be remembered as the epitome of a family man - he lived for his children. Despite working full time Joseph was very much present in the everyday lives of his children. He enjoyed laughing, especially at his own jokes, listening to classic rock and metal, and having a good time with family and friends.
At the request of the family Joseph will be privately cremated.
