Joseph Hyde Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by East Haven Funeral Home on Jan. 31, 2025.
Joseph "Joe" Eugene Hyde passed away Saturday, January 25, 2025 at his home in Pasadena. Joe was born on February 3, 1979 in Pasadena where he just recently returned to. He is preceded in death by his mother Marla Byron and is survived by his wife Stephanie, brother Justin Morgan, daughter Ariana, step-children Vanessa and Anthony Cummings, Nicholas Vivier, Cecili and Jacob Myers, Eric and Chelsey Trevino. Joe adored his 4 grandchildren, Anthony, Eli, Spencer and Lillie Cummings. They meant the world to him and he called them his GOATS.
Joe worked for many years as a sales director at Bayway were he received many awards and accolades. He was a true car salesman in every aspect of his life. For the past 6 years Joe stayed home due to his illness and helped in the care of his grandchildren something he was so thankful for. He took pride on being able to be with them.
He was a diehard Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorn fan, he always watched the games and cheered them on. He will be most remembered as a gentle giant, for he was always so kind to everyone, he would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. Joe was proud of all the kids' successes and praised them often. Family was very important to him as he had many nieces and nephew and grand nieces, grand nephews, and cousins. He loved them all.
We carry your heart we will carry it in our hearts.
