Joseph Kadi

Joseph Robert Edward Kadi went home to be with the Lord on March 10th, 2025. He was born in Flushing, New York on July 25th, 1972 to parents Joseph F and Josephine Kadi and older sister Jill.
Joey, as he was known by his family and friends, is survived by his wife Celia, Mother Josephine, Sister Jill, their dog Ziggy and parrot, Rikki. They moved to South Carolina in 2012, and then purchased a home in West Columbia in 2014.
His love for his family was immeasurable. He always looked to spend time with his grandparents, and imitated them to perfection; of course, making everyone laugh. He loved to make everyone laugh. Even after his move to South Carolina, he stayed in touch with the Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.
Joey took pride in his work. He worked hard and played harder. He loved all kinds of music! He taught himself to play the guitar at a young age, and then followed with the drums. He loved entertaining, and that brought him to play and sing in four bands.
He took advantage of everything God had to offer; a beautiful sunrise/sunset, the majesty of the ocean, an embrace from a loved one, a visit to a friend, playing or teaching a child to play a guitar. He lived a life worth living.
Joey, was a wonderful, wise, humble, loving husband, son, brother and friend. He was very much loved by all, left many impressions on people's hearts and will be missed by many.
