Joseph Krawczyk Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Mahaffey-Milano Funeral Home - Mt. Ephraim on Feb. 11, 2026.
Joseph R Krawczyk entered into eternal rest on 2/8/2026. Joe is survived by his loving wife Jean Dwyer. As Joe would say "we've been married 30 1/2 years"

Joseph attended Sacred Heart grade school and graduated from Haddon Heights High. Joe went on to complete a 4 year Apprenticeship as a tool dye and model maker at RCA. He was very involved as an EMT with Haddon Heights, and retired both after 45 years. He was an usher at Sacred Heart Church for many years and also at St. Rose.

Joseph liked to bowl, fish, hunt and competed in ballroom dancing. His great love was for the Philadelphia Phillies! Joe had a kind and gentle spirit and will be remembered with love.

In lieu of flowers Jean asks donations in Joe's name be made to:Temple University Hospital Lung Center. Temple University Institutional Advancement P.O. Box 2890 NY NY 10116-2890

I also remember how Joseph never forgot my mom, his Aunt Mary. When she moved out of her house and moved to North Carolina, he never missed her birthday and all the holidays, including Halloween. There was always a card, a call or a gift. I He was very good to her, and he was her favorite nephew!

So many memories to share starting with our childhood. Cousins who were born just 2 weeks apart. Playing downstairs in our basement, my father dropping me off at his house to play for the day, Family celebrations, and as we all grew older, his wedding, his kindness towards my mom as she aged. He was a good man, and I am sorry for the loss we all share.

I´m so sorry for the loss of Joe, my cousin. I was very surprised by this sad news. My memories are mostly of my childhood with our families celebrating birthdays and holidays together. The house was filled with food and laughter. And then a little older he was one of my drivers in my wedding party. I know he had fun driving my stick shift Firebird. Rest in peace and condolences to Jean and family.

We met Joe through Haddon Heights Ambulance. We are grateful for his service to the township. May he be at peace now. We are grateful for the Phillies Tickets he would get for us. May he rest in peace.

My fond memories of Joe were many years ago - while dancing! Joe never sat down at the practice parties! He enjoyed music and dance so much! Joe was a kind person who just loved fun and also practical jokes or just telling riddles! Joe loved to laugh and make others laugh too! He hid behind a costume once and no one knew who the mystery man was the whole night at the party! He even disguised his dancing to feel/look differently to all of the ladies he danced with! Joe had the best sense of humor !

We have always exchanged Christmas cards all these years , and that´s special and shows what a loyal friend Joe always was!
I am so sorry to hear this news and I am so sorry for your loss Jean and family!
Love ,John and Carol
