Joseph A. Tony Lanham, 85, of 520 Owen Court died Thursday, March 6, 2002 at Owensboro Mercy Health System. The Knottsville, KY native was an electrician and charter member of IBEW #1701, founded Lanham Electric in 1960, a life-long member of Sts. Joseph and Paul Catholic Church, a member of Knights of Columbus, a Kentucky Colonel, and enjoyed spending time with his family, University of Kentucky basketball, and fishing.

Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Inez A. Lanham; three sons, Michael W. Lanham of Arizona, David S. Lanham of Beaver Dam, and Randal A. Lanham of Owensboro; three daughters, Deanna Kaminski and Marian J. Lanham, both of Owensboro, and Tonya Lewis, of Colorado Springs, CO; 14 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

Services are at 10 a.m. Monday at Sts. Joseph and Paul Catholic Church. Visitation is from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday and from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Monday at Glenn Funeral Home, where prayers will be said at 7 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Sts. Joseph and Paul Church Restoration Fund or the American Heart Association.
