Joseph T. Martelli, 74, of Kingston, NY, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 18, 2025 at his home, surrounded by his family. He was born on May 24, 1951 in Bronx, NY and was the son of the late Vincent Martelli and Muriel Bradley.
Joseph was married to his childhood sweetheart in 1976. They were married for 49 years before his passing. In his early years, Joseph was the owner and proprietor of Martelli's Deli in Ozone Park, NY until moving upstate with his family. He enjoyed trips to the casino, daily scratch offs, and was an avid Mets fan. His biggest accomplishment in life was his family.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Martelli and his sons, Vincent Martelli and Dawn, Joseph Martelli, TJ Martelli and his one and only grandson, Vincent P. Martelli, II.
Arrangements entrusted to Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc., 326 Albany Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401, where family and friends may visit on Wednesday, July 23rd, 2025 from 4pm to 7pm. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, July 24th, 2025 at 10am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Wiltwyck Cemetery, 205 West O'Reilly St, Kingston, NY.
