Joseph “Mark” McLean, 47, of Bladenboro passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare in Whiteville. He was preceded in death by his father, James Richard McLean and grandparents: CJ and Julia Johnson; Junior and Emma Lou McLean.
Mark leaves behind his mother, Katherine Johnson of Bladenboro; son, Joseph M. McLean of the home; daughter, Sarah C. McLean (Chris) of the home; brother, Christopher C. Johnson of Bladenboro; grandfather, Leroy Wright and in-laws, Paul and Lorna Gibson.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Monday, July 17th at the Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home Chapel in Bladenboro. A funeral service will be held at 4pm on Tuesday, July 18th at the Bladenboro chapel with Rev. Anthony Rich officiating. Burial will follow in the Singletary Cemetery at Sandhills in Bladenboro.
