Joseph Morris

Joseph Morris, affectionately known as "Little Joe" or "Joe Joe", 78, of Trenton, New Jersey, departed this life on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at home. He was born on December 29, 1947 to Morris J. and Floria Morris in Trenton, New Jersey.

Joseph was a lifelong resident of Trenton and educated in the Trenton Public School District. He was employed by Stokes Molded Products, Star Porcelain Company, retiring from New Jersey Porcelain Company.

He was a member of New Holy Cross Church under the leadership of the late Bishop J.B. Walker, and currently by Bishop W.J. Jones, Sr. Pastor.

Predeceased by his loving parents, Morris J. and Floria Morris and sisters, Essie Mae and Erma Jean Morris.

Joseph leaves to cherish his memories his daughter, Cheyna Morris, of Trenton, New Jersey; granddaughter, Kharizma White of Trenton, New Jersey; brothers, Jerome "Boone" Morris, of Hamilton, New Jersey and Donald "D.D." Morris, of Trenton, New Jersey, sisters, Betty Jean Morris-Riley, of Tifton, Georgia, Ann Maude Morris, JoAnn Morris, and Diane Carmichael, all of Trenton, New Jersey; nieces and nephews, Diane and Laverne Riley of Tifton, Georgia, Velton "E.E." Morris of North Carolina, Corey Morris, of New Jersey, Ebony Hicks, of Ohio, and Anthony and Dion Morris, of Trenton, New Jersey; god daughter, Patricia Williams of Trenton, New Jersey; best friend David "Sonny" Andrews, of Alabama; longtime confidant and mother of his daughter, Evonne Harrison of Hamilton, New Jersey and, and a host of other family members and friends.
