Jeanne Cossentino
July 19, 2024
Mr. Joe was an abundantly kind and friendly man who obviously had great faith in the Lord and shared it with others. He always greeted us with a smile and a hug at church. When I was battling cancer many years ago, Mr. Joe loaned me a beautiful framed picture of the Blessed Mother to keep with me as I underwent chemotherapy and surgeries. He said she would watch over me. I believe it had belonged to his mother, and I was honored that he so generously shared it with me to help me on my cancer journey. When I returned it to him many months later, he let me know that he had been praying for me and that he knew I would be okay because the Blessed Mother had helped me through it all. Tom and I and our two sons will always have a special place in our hearts for Mr. Joe. He was one of the good guys. I know he is in glory with the Lord now and smiling with the angels. We offer our deep sympathy to his entire family as they grieve the loss of such a special man. Most sincerely, Jeanne and Tom Cossentino and Sons
