Joseph Anthony Olesky, 64, passed away on June 25, 2023, at St. George Regional Hospital. He was the husband of Patricia Fuentes Olesky and shared 31 beautiful years of marriage together.
Born in Ogden, Utah, he was the youngest child of Joseph and Lillian Olesky. He spent many years as a general contractor and was known for his impeccable work. He shared his knowledge and skill with his sons, Antonio and Daniel, and also customized his dream home for himself and Patricia. After his years as a contractor, he was able to follow his dream by joining the police force in Roy, Utah. There he gained memories, experiences, and stories that he would proudly share with friends and family. He was a natural at any job he took on.
He will be remembered for his hard work, eye for detail, and the devotion he had for Patricia. The two were inseparable and enjoyed evenings in their backyard, going out on dates, and vacationing together. She was his everything and she was by his side until the very end.
Joseph is survived by his wife, Patricia; sons: Antonio Olesky and Daniel (Megan) Olesky; and 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Lillian.
