Joseph Ortiz Obituary

He was a truck driver for 30 years at Shannon Trucking, owned a tattoo shop called Stingers Tattoo and was a drummer in the band Systems Rebourn in his 20's. He loved riding his Harley Heritage Softail every chance he could get, cuddling with his dogs Honey and Rex and hanging out with his family and friends at car shows.
Joseph is survived by his loving wife Jeanine (nee Nelson) Ortiz; his dear children: Nicole, Christopher, and Joey III; and his beloved grandchildren Sophia and Leia.
He is preceded in death by his father Joseph Ralph Ortiz Sr.
A memorial service will be held at Geils Funeral Home located at 260 West Irving Park Road in Wood Dale, Illinois 60191 on Friday, September 12 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. For information, please call: 630-766-3232.
