Joseph Ostrowsky Obituary
Joseph L. Ostrowsky, of Pottsville, passed away Sept. 5, 2024 at Schuylkill Center, Pottsville.
Born in Pottsville, May 30, 1938, he was a son of the late Walter and Rita(Zemaitis) Ostrowsky.
He was a graduate of Pottsville Area High School, after which he went on to serve in the Marine Corps.
He worked as an operator for several area construction companies, including Mazzuca Enterprises, Pottsville.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores Ann Ostrowsky, on July 12, 2024. A son, Joseph Ostrowsky.
He is survived by his daughter, Dolores Ostrowsky, of Jacksonville, Fla.
Gravesides services with Military Honors will be held for Joseph and his wife, Dolores, at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, 2024, at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Dutcavich Funeral Home, Minersville, is in charge of arrangements. Visit www.dutcavich.com.
