On Tuesday, October 7, 2025 a homegoing celebration for Mr. Joseph E. Owens Sr., will be held at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 5151 Baltimore National Pike, Baltimore MD 21229, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. with services to follow.
Immediately following services, the Interment will be held at Arbutus Memorial Park.
