Joseph Pancerev, age 48, of Erie, passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at his residence.
Joe struggled with life and alcohol. Unfortunately alcohol won. He will be sadly missed by family and friends.
He was born in Erie, PA on June 12th, 1975, a son of Geoffry and Marcia Kindziora Pancerev.
He graduated from McDowell High School and Erie County Vo-Tech.
He worked at Spencer's, Bush Industries, Grandview Southgate Hardware and Accuride
He was preceded in death by a sister, Andrea M. Pancerev, his paternal grandparents, Clifford and Arley Pancerev and maternal grandparents, Ann and Frank Kindziora.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Mariclaire Pancerev and Katherine Wolfe and her husband David, five nieces, Andrea Humes and her husband Eli, Angelica Mazur and her husband Colin, Alexandra Ortiz, Maddie Myers and Kylie James and her husband Brian, and two nephews, Brent Wolfe and Billy Mitchell. Joe is further survived by four great-nieces Hadley Rose, Emersyn Violet and Winter Noelle Humes and Charlotte Grace Sirak and a great-nephew, Asher James Sirak.
Arrangements are entrusted to Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, Wintergreen, 2532 Norcross Road, Erie, PA.
Services and inurnment in Whispering Pines Cremation Garden will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
